If you know about all the causes of bad breath, you can be proactive when practicing good oral hygiene. It seems to take time to get through the system, but what they say must be true. Do you find that you are conscious and anxious about your breath? Do you find yourself turning your head away while talking to people and even constantly having to buy chewing gum or mints just too hopefully disguise your smell while talking to people?

This, in turn, can affect your breath because of their offensive odors. The tongue and cheeks are full of fissures and valleys, in which bacteria can reside and multiply.
Regardless of how well you keep tabs on your diet, just the process of chewing will stimulate the production of bacteria which carry odors as the food is being digested. Other causes are gum disease and infections, this is an irreversible disease caused by poor oral hygiene. The truth of the matter is that it is not their fault; they have done nothing wrong, sometimes it is the diet, and sometimes it is just bad luck so no need to look at them as if they are lucking something important in them. Bacteria in the mouth can degrade food residues between the teeth, in the gums, in the cheeks, and in the tongue.
